About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Solutions Manager to join our global Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry team. As a thought leader and trusted customer advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all arenaflex teams work together effectively to deliver transformational outcomes for our customers. You will be responsible for accelerating our customers' cloud adoption and driving value from their investments in the cloud, while advocating for their needs within arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking end-to-end ownership of diverse projects and initiatives, interfacing and influencing core account groups, product/engineering teams, and customer teams
- Establishing a deep understanding of customers' business vision, culture, and processes, and evangelizing arenaflex services to influence customers to adopt the right solutions at the right time
- Leveraging delivery experience with large-scale transformations to help customers through their stages of cloud adoption, solving challenges through new ideas, tools, and mechanisms
- Serving as the customer's cloud journey coach and voice within arenaflex, evangelizing customer needs to leadership, product, and engineering teams
- Leveraging communication, program management, technical, operations, and transformation acumen to earn trust with customers, understand their strategic goals, translate them into executable plans, and deliver successful customer outcomes on arenaflex services
A Day in the Life
As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities. You will:
- Drive execution pipeline in the sales cycle, owning strategic awarded initiatives and ensuring timely execution per plan
- Collaborate closely with Global Account Managers during the pre-sales phase, driving opportunities from ideation to Proof of Concept with an innovative mindset and bold solutions
- Enable customers' people and operating model change by defining a training strategy to upskill technical and non-technical roles across the customer's organization
- Implement governance structures to effectively govern partnerships with customers and their adoption of arenaflex services
Identify and Align on Strategic Opportunities
You will work with the Customer Account team to identify and pursue strategic cloud opportunities, providing support through mechanisms such as TCO analysis and business case assessments. These strategic cloud opportunities can include large-scale migrations, data and analytics, digital innovation, high-performance computing, product innovation, and business agility.
Travel Requirements
This position requires 20% - 30% travel to customer sites, with the Account Team meeting with customer teams and leadership onsite approximately 1-2 times per month. This role is exempt from arenaflex's in-office expectations.
Basic Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience
- 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent
- Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification
- Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects or similar

Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a total compensation company, and dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
