**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our customer service team to deliver exceptional service experiences to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Manage and Supervise the Customer Service Team:** Lead a high-performing team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure exceptional service delivery.
* **Develop and Implement Customer Service Policies and Procedures:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer service policies and procedures that align with arenaflex's vision and values.
* **Handle Complex and Escalated Customer Service Issues:** Provide timely and effective resolution to complex and escalated customer service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* **Monitor and Analyze Customer Service Performance Metrics:** Analyze customer service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive business growth.
* **Train and Onboard New Customer Service Representatives:** Develop and deliver training programs to ensure new customer service representatives are equipped to deliver exceptional service experiences.
* **Coordinate with Other Departments to Resolve Customer Issues:** Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Proven Experience as a Customer Service Manager or in a Similar Role:** A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service experiences.
* **Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills:** Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, provide guidance and coaching, and drive business results.
* **Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Abilities:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* **Ability to Analyze Metrics and Implement Improvements:** Ability to analyze customer service performance metrics and implement strategies to drive business growth.

**Educational Qualifications**
