Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a customer-focused approach, committed to delivering an outstanding service experience
  • Respond to inbound calls and live remote support chat sessions, providing timely and effective solutions to clients' technical queries and concerns
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the root cause of problems, and selecting and explaining the best solutions to resolve issues efficiently
  • Ensure maximum phone availability to minimize hold times and provide prompt support to clients
  • Assist customers with empathy, patience, and composure, even in high-pressure situations
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and services rendered using our ticketing system
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Participate in special projects as assigned by management, contributing to the growth and development of our customer care team
  • Stay up-to-date on all products and services offered to clients, enhancing your knowledge and expertise to provide informed support
  • Work flexibly, including occasional overtime, to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
  • A+ Certification
  • Proven ability to perform effectively under stress in a high-call-volume environment
  • Excellent front-line interaction skills via live chat and telephone
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Demonstrated passion and perseverance for excellence in customer care
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail, with a typing speed of 40 wpm

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in a retail technology environment
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and retail technology solutions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
