Job Overview

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our passengers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their travel needs, resolving any issues that arise, and providing exceptional service. This is a full-time position, working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with booking and flight changes, providing accurate and timely information to ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and cancellations, keeping customers informed and up-to-date on any changes to their travel plans.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues in a fair and courteous manner.
  • Ensure compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of customer service and safety.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional passenger experiences.
  • Process payments and refunds, ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, providing valuable insights to inform future service improvements.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
