You'll work closely with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to resolve routine customer requests, provide product education, and ensure a world-class customer experience. If you're passionate about customer service, motivated to work with a customer-centric team, and eager to grow your career, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as a liaison between arenaflex, the customer base, and patients to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer requests * Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet * Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures * Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution * Provide additional customer education and information as needed * Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services * Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions * Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner * Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies * Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance * Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED equivalent required * Previous experience in a customer service role * Experience working in a contact center/call center environment preferred * Current or previous arenaflex experience * Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, highly preferred * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required * Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond * Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation * Excellent multitasking abilities required * Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare) * Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs) or laboratory information systems (LIS) * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities quickly * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
