Job Description:
• Research, structure, and prototype use cases of generative AI applied to change management
• Contribute to the development of an operational AI agent
• Participate in change management initiatives
• Prepare and produce strategic and operational deliverables
Requirements:
• Current student at a business school, engineering school, Institut d'Études Politiques (IEP), or university
• Strong interest in organizational transformation, change management, and AI
• Analytical skills, ability to synthesize, rigor, and creativity
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Interest in AI models, agentic workflows, or prompt engineering (an asset)
