Senior Managing Counsel, Technology and AI

Job Description: • Providing strategic and practical legal counsel to Allstate’s technology organization • Supporting enterprise-wide initiatives in technology, privacy, and artificial intelligence • Leveraging advanced business acumen to guide the development of new products • Conducting complex research on the application of pertinent laws and regulations to emerging technologies • Conducting risk analyses on key issues and strategic recommendations for risk management • Anticipating legal concerns and providing creative problem solving in a dynamic business environment • Advising business partners on insurance regulatory legal issues that impact a new technology product design or rollout • Building or improving processes for seamless legal and compliance review of emerging technologies Requirements: • J.D is required and active bar membership in good standing • 10+ years legal experience in a law firm or an in-house legal department for a mid- to large-sized company with a focus on technology and emerging businesses. • Strong Experience in the following areas: insurance regulation, privacy, technology, and artificial intelligence. • Knowledge of intellectual property, cybersecurity, and/or other highly regulated industries • Advanced experience advising technology teams • Ability to manage outside counsel and budgets Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off • Flexible work arrangements • Professional development opportunities Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
