Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated California-basedComplex Commercial/Business Litigation Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week. Attorney Requirements: ​ • Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of California • Minimum of 5 years’ experience inCommercial/Business Litigation • Drafting (contract revisions; pleadings; motions/responses; discovery; anything else during the lifecycle of a case) • Research projects (high-level) • All general back-end production • Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines • Self-starter and able to work independently Our Attorney pay rate starts at $85/hour.
