A leading clinical research organization is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Business Development to oversee the West Coast territory. This role focuses on developing long-term sponsor relationships and selling Phase I–III clinical trial services. Candidates should have a proven track record in CRO sales, ideally 7–12 years of experience, and a strong West Coast sponsor network. The position is remote with a competitive base salary of $170k–$190k and includes an attractive commission structure.
