Project Manager (Technical)

Role Overview As the Project Manager - Technology, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and leadership, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple technical initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and clear communication across all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage multiple ongoing internal technical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. • Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering, product management, and other internal teams. • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues. • Track project performance, ensuring goals are met and providing regular updates to stakeholders. • Lead project meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items. • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable plans. • Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a technology-driven environment. • Proven track record of managing multiple technical projects simultaneously. • Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies as well as traditional methodologies. You need the mindset of adaptability while working on deadline driven projects. • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar). • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment. Preferred Qualifications • Background in software development, SaaS, or technology infrastructure projects. • Familiarity with rights management, media, or entertainment industries. • Certification in project management (Scrum Master preferred). • Experience with remote team collaboration and tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
