Junior QA and Process Specialist
A company is looking for a Junior Process and QA Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in evaluating and improving operational processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections on products, services, or processes
• Support process documentation and help ensure adherence to operational standards
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Basic understanding of process management and quality assurance methods
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
