Job Overview

In this entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with end-users, setting up their organization and user credentials, and providing exceptional customer service as you transition them to a new application. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for manually building organizations and users in Link, supporting the divisions, and working a shift that aligns with their needs. With a strong focus on typing skills, language proficiency, and proficiency in Word and Excel, this role is ideal for individuals looking to launch their career in application administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed, exceeding 40 words per minute
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including doctors, nurses, and other end-users, as you transition them to a new application
  • Manually build organizations and users in Link, supporting the divisions and their respective shifts
  • Work collaboratively with the development team to ensure a smooth migration process
  • Utilize Word and Excel to complete tasks and provide support as needed
  • Participate in a 3-minute IKM assessment to demonstrate typing skills

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Excellent typing skills, with a speed of over 40 words per minute
  • Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to work in a bilingual environment (English and Spanish)
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work
  • Ability to work a shift that supports the division, ranging from 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM EST

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a stronger candidate:

  • Any tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience
  • Previous experience in application administration or a related field
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work with clients in a fast-paced environment
