**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to client inquiries with knowledgeable and friendly assistance, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when needed.
* Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve client issues, update account information, and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
* Meeting production targets and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) set by our clients.
* Collaborating with team members, management, and clients to address and resolve inquiries, and assisting in training new team members in customer service processes.
* Evaluating and recommending improvements to procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in processing client inquiries.

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional who possesses:
* At least 2 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on problem-solving and client interaction.
* Familiarity with help desk software, computer systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
