Associate, Emerging Leaders Program
Canada Life is a leading insurer in Canada, serving the financial security needs of millions. They are seeking recent graduates for their Emerging Leaders Program, a 24-month leadership development initiative that includes three rotations across various business areas, aimed at developing future leaders within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Complete three meaningful rotations in areas such as Operations, Wealth, Strategy, Sales, and Marketing
- Contribute to impactful projects and initiatives that challenge and showcase your leadership
- Participate in a tailored leadership learning program with curated content
- Benefit from one-on-one mentoring with program and rotation managers
- Collaborate with peers on a real-world business challenge and present recommendations to senior executives
- Build your network and gain exposure to senior leaders across the organization
Skills
- Recent undergraduates (within the past eighteen months) from a Canadian college or university
- Strong academic performance in any discipline
- Demonstrated leadership and community involvement through extracurricular activities, volunteering, or innovative projects
- Passion for leadership, driving change, and making an impact
- Eligible to work in Canada and available to start full-time in September 2026
