Marketing Operations Coordinator
Mitten Extracts is a company focused on marketing operations, and they are seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator. This hands-on role involves the execution, coordination, and maintenance of physical marketing assets and field marketing operations, supporting marketing and sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, organize, and maintain all marketing materials, including POS assets, event supplies, branded merchandise, and promotional items
- Conduct and maintain a weekly inventory of all marketing materials and assets
- Track usage, restock needs, and condition of materials to ensure readiness for events and retail initiatives
- Prepare materials for upcoming campaigns, events, and retail activations
- Package, ship, and receive marketing materials and merchandise as needed
- Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments for events, retail partners, and internal teams
- Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and timely delivery of all materials
- Set up and execute event build-outs, including loading, unloading, assembly, breakdown, and post-event returns
- Support retail build-outs and in-store displays, ensuring brand standards are met
- Coordinate logistics for pop-ups, trade events, dispensary activations, and internal marketing initiatives
- Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly and professionally
- Coordinate and provide transportation for budtender tours, including pick-up and drop-off of budtenders and retail employees to and from HQ
- Drive the VP of Marketing and Head of Sales to retail locations for store visits 2–3 times per week, often for full-day schedules
- Assist with routing, scheduling, and time management for travel days
- Support the marketing and sales teams with day-to-day operational needs
- Maintain a clean, organized storage and staging area for marketing assets
- Assist with additional duties as assigned to support business needs
Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry 50–100 pounds repeatedly
- Willingness and ability to work after 5:00 PM, weekends, and non-standard hours as required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment
- Ability to represent the brand professionally in retail and event settings
- Prior experience in marketing operations, event execution, field marketing, logistics, or warehouse coordination
- Familiarity with retail marketing, experiential marketing, or brand activations
- Experience driving company vehicles or transporting team members
