Electronic Warfare Software Developer
Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Software Developer to integrate Electronic Warfare capabilities into mission architecture. The role involves implementing software and hardware components, developing systems that enable interoperability with command-and-control and data services.
Responsibilities
- Implement and integrate software components to connect EW applications and devices with mission data services, message buses, and orchestration layers
- Develop, test, and document code
- Establish integration harnesses, adapters, and APIs
- Contribute to automated build and test pipelines
- Participate in lab and field integration events
- Capture findings in test reports
Skills
- Experience in the EW or Cyber domain, including planning, developing, or deploying capabilities
- Experience in one or more languages, such as Python, C/C++, or Java, writing unit tests, using Git, and working in Agile sprints
- Experience with systems integration, including reading ICDs, aligning to data schemas, implementing adapters and wrappers, and troubleshooting end‑to‑end data flows
- Experience with research and development to define the next generation of EW and Cyber capabilities
- Ability to write clear integration notes, test results, and 'how‑to' steps that feed operational documentation, such as TTPs, SOPs, and CONOPS
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience with EW or Cyber capabilities for wireless technologies
- Experience with platform integration, including adapters for tactical edge computing, such as SBCs or VPX, sensor control interfaces, or orchestration frameworks
- Experience bridging lab rigs to field test platforms
