[Remote] GROW Customer Service Manager

They are seeking a Customer Service Manager to build and manage relationships with school and district leaders while ensuring the successful implementation of GROW programs.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with school and district leaders to ensure successful implementation of GROW programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to support program execution, track deliverables, and monitor key performance indicators
- Lead onboarding sessions for educators, providing training on program expectations and platform usage
- Serve as a feedback loop between field teams and internal departments, escalating customer needs appropriately
- Prepare and deliver regular progress updates and insights to district and site-level stakeholders
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Success role within a SaaS company or high-growth B2B environment
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel 35%-40% of the time
- Experience working within the education sector or with educational technology
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, or Notion
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
