[Remote] Customer Success & Account Management Associate

Confidential Company is seeking a fluent Spanish- and English-speaking Customer Success & Account Management Associate to support outbound outreach and manage customer relationships. The role involves driving retention initiatives and requires strong communication skills along with account management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead outbound reach-outs and discovery calls using prospect lists provided
- Utilize existing response templates and refine messaging based on customer responses
- Engage prospects professionally to understand needs and determine next steps
- Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts throughout the customer journey
- Conduct proactive check-ins to discuss product performance and customer experience
- Clearly communicate brand value and product positioning
- Provide ongoing support and guidance in response to customer questions
- Identify opportunities for account expansion or upsell as the role evolves
- Reach out to churned or at-risk accounts to understand reasons for disengagement
- Document insights and feedback to support retention and improvement efforts
- Follow up with customers on outstanding balances and AR-related items
- Maintain professional, timely communication regarding collections
Skills
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable handling phone calls, email, and messaging platforms
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer success, account management, sales support, or client-facing roles
