Analytics and Reporting Sr Analytics (IKC)

DaVita Kidney Care is a leading healthcare organization, and they are seeking a Senior Analytics and Reporting Analyst. This role involves leading analytical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data integrity to drive value across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Improve the availability and quality of data supporting analytic models and dashboards
• Translate results based on understanding of the target audience (up and down the organization)
• Use data transformation techniques that enable data exploration from multiple perspectives
• Recommend enhancements to ETL data processes
• Independently plan and establish next steps to drive projects forward
• Promote best practices in development and document process steps as needed
• Perform regular audits and validations to ensure data integrity and model performance
• Work with partners by actively listening to their needs and offering feedback to ensure desirable outcomes
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to:
• Attend team meetings and trainings as needed
• Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
• Consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled is an essential responsibility of this position

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
• One to Three (1-3) years of professional experience in an analytics role
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities
• Proficient query language knowledge (SQL)
• Experience with Data Visualization Tools (Tableau)
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and implement solutions
• Experience combining data from different sources to produce visually appealing deliverables
