Bilingual Inside Sales Representative – Loyalty

EconoLease is a fast-growing finance business specializing in restaurant equipment financing. The Inside Sales Representative – Loyalty will focus on strengthening relationships with existing customers, enhancing retention, and identifying additional business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Retention & Customer Experience
• Proactively engage existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure continued satisfaction
• Provide tailored solutions that support customer needs and build long-term loyalty
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to support renewals, upgrades, and ongoing engagement
• Manage payout requests, cancellations, and retention activities, aiming to preserve customer relationships wherever possible
• Identify and act on opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or referral to additional products and services
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and outcomes in Salesforce and EFS Online
• Achieve retention and customer experience KPIs while maintaining quality standards

Skills

• Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) is required
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, retention, or account management
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage objections and preserve customer relationships
• Proven ability to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability in managing customer outcomes
• Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
