Business Development Representative (BDR)
Spheric is an Energy Managed Service Provider that simplifies energy management for businesses. They are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to engage decision-makers and book qualified meetings for the Director of Sales through outbound calls.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to dealership and commercial prospects
- Introduce Future Energy’s value proposition and qualify interest
- Book 15–30 minute virtual meetings directly on the Director of Sales’ calendar
- Log outreach activity and notes in Zoho CRM
- Follow up on unanswered leads with additional call attempts
- Participate in weekly coaching and skill development sessions
Skills
- Comfort making outbound calls and engaging decision-makers
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Motivation to earn through performance-based compensation
- Sales, appointment setting, or cold calling experience preferred
- Interest in energy, automotive, or EV industries is a plus
