Customer Service Specialist
H&H Group is a global company focused on premium nutrition for adults, kids, and pets in the eCommerce space. Zesty Paws is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide legendary support for their e-commerce and Amazon shoppers, ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, social media, and chat
- Provide trends and concerns regarding products to Leadership
- Updates documents for company tracking (i.e. excel, PPT, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Track and respond to customer concerns via Amazon
- Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun, and fast paced environment!
- Answer customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and phone
- Find opportunities to recommend additional products to customers based on the customer needs and past purchases
- Participate in on-going training and coaching programs
- Contribute ideas on improving the customer experience!
- Maintain various spreadsheets, trackers and reports for marketing promotions and special projects
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in an office-based environment
- Vigorous attention to detail in areas such as proofreading
- A friendly, positive attitude with a calm and composed demeanor
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Proven self-starter with ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations
- Available on nights/weekends
- This role requires you to work on Sunday + 4 weekdays (Saturdays will be off)
