IT Support Technician
Curi is a full-service advisory firm committed to serving clients in the healthcare sector. The IT Support Technician will provide technical support to team members and guests, addressing a variety of IT-related inquiries and assisting with end-user training.
Responsibilities
- Respond and resolve user technical issues via chat, email, or phone
- Help with documentation of new and existing policies/procedures
- Collaborate with others who may have varying skillsets to complete assigned work on time
- Easily adapt to changes based on organizational priority
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair operating system, software application, hardware, and related equipment
- Create, maintain, and deploy laptop images
- Test new technology
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role required
- Available to occasionally work on-call / after hours (rotating schedule)
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the Raleigh office
- Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curious mindset. Continuous learner and adaptor to new technologies
- Service heart and willingness to go the extra mile to assist employees with technical issues
- Collaborative mindset. Willingness to help teammates, jump in and fill in for one another

- Associate's degree with an IT focus or completion of a Trade School program
- CompTIA A+
- Microsoft certification or equivalent
- Apple Certified Support Professional
