[Remote] Account Executive

Renoworks Software is a leader in B2B AI-driven Lead Capture and Sales Enabling solutions for the global commercial and residential improvements industry. The Account Executive role focuses on generating leads, conducting pitches, and closing deals to enhance sales performance for contractors in the exterior renovations market.


Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling and Email Sequences to generate leads (30% of time) as necessary. 3 SDR’s currently providing leads along with tradeshows, events and inbound
  • Attending tradeshows and events
  • Discovery
  • Video call pitches – discovery, determining value proposition, conveying the value and ROI to prospects, demo, pricing
  • Ensuring each Opp moves quickly and efficiently through the Opp Pipeline
  • Proposals
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals that are profitable for Renoworks
  • Thorough documentation, note taking, next steps and data accuracy within the Hubspot CRM
  • Follow up and frequent activity with all Opps
  • Holding pitch meetings outside of standard business hours as needed. Approx. 2x per week
  • Meeting monthly sales targets

Skills

  • Experience in outbound calling and email sequences to generate leads
  • Ability to attend tradeshows and events
  • Experience in discovery and video call pitches
  • Ability to convey value proposition and ROI to prospects
  • Experience in ensuring opportunities move quickly and efficiently through the pipeline
  • Ability to create proposals
  • Experience in negotiation and closing profitable deals
  • Strong documentation skills, including note taking and data accuracy within Hubspot CRM
  • Ability to follow up and maintain frequent activity with all opportunities
  • Willingness to hold pitch meetings outside of standard business hours as needed
  • Ability to meet monthly sales targets
  • Self-generated opportunities at a rate of 1 per week
  • Ability to achieve a sales target of USD $300,000 per year
  • Close rate of 25% for Tier 2 prospects
  • Close rate of 50% for Tier 3 prospects
  • Ability to add 50 new companies and 200 new contacts per year
  • Work from home capability
  • Ability to provide own computer, cell phone, office, and internet access
  • Willingness to attend up to 8 tradeshows/events per year across the U.S
