[Remote] Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Unframed Digital is a fast-growing, women-owned AIO and Search Engine Marketing agency founded in 2020. The Account Manager role involves owning client relationships and ensuring account success through strategy, project management, and team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of AIO/SEO, paid ads, and website retainer clients
- Build deep relationships with client stakeholders and understand their goals, KPIs, and success metrics
- Lead onboarding for new clients in partnership with sales and delivery teams
- Translate client goals into clear strategic direction and priorities for internal teams
- Host recurring client calls including reporting and strategy discussions
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and upsell or expansion opportunities
- Own timelines, deliverables, and scope for all assigned accounts
- Work closely with the SEO and creative (copywriting, UX/UI, development) teams to ensure work is delivered on time and to Unframed Digital’s standards
- Maintain clear workflows and documentation in Asana
- Manage scope creep and set clear, confident boundaries with clients
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, marketing management, or in a client success role (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Experience with digital marketing and marketing strategy is a necessity
- Ability to analyze data and apply learnings, ask probing questions and think strategically to create an ideal solution for the client
- Comfortable managing and working in tools like Asana, Slack, and CRMs
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate client dynamics with confidence and tact
- Excellent at managing priorities, hitting deadlines, multi-tasking and adapting
- Expert communicator: active and empathetic listener, detail-oriented and passionate about getting the full picture and effectively communicating that to a team
- Team player: happy to help and add to a positive work environment, collaborates without ego and values accountability, feedback and creative ideas
- Resourceful & solution-driven: looks forward to a challenge, can figure things out on your own, and has a track record of being solutions-oriented

- Experience in Google Analytics, LookerStudio, and Google Tag Manager is preferred
- Colorado candidates strongly preferred
