[Remote] Sales Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LIFT Auto Repair Marketing is a fast-growing marketing startup specializing in the auto repair industry. They are seeking an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for prospective auto shop owners, responsible for identifying and qualifying leads and setting appointments for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and outreach to auto repair shops via phone, email, and social platforms
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Educate prospects on our marketing services at a high level
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for senior sales reps or leadership
- Maintain accurate records
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest
- Meet or exceed daily activity and monthly meeting-setting goals
- Learn the auto repair industry and common shop owner pain points
Skills
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and written)
- Coachable, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Willing to travel 3-4 weeks out of the year
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Organized with good time management skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM and sales tools
- Interest in sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship
- Familiarity with auto repair shops or small businesses
- Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience
