Responsibilities

• Follow up with individuals who requested information online, by phone, or through mail
• Provide a positive customer service experience via Zoom or phone appointments
• Explain coverage options clearly and help clients complete simple applications
• Use a step-by-step process supported by training, scripts, and mentorship
• Work independently from home while staying connected to a supportive remote team
• 5–10 hours per week on phone follow-ups and confirmations
• 10–20 hours per week meeting with customers
• 5–10 hours per week on training, development, and administrative tasks

Skills

• Experience in customer service, sales, education, hospitality, retail, or administrative work
• Reliability and a people-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn a new skill set with structured guidance
• Ability to work independently from home while staying connected to a supportive remote team
• Strong customer service or people-facing experience
• Self-motivated professionals comfortable working from home
• Openness to coaching and following a proven system
