[Remote] Associate Customer Relations Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MKS Inc. is seeking an Associate Customer Relations Specialist to serve as a critical link between customers, sales teams, and internal departments. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining direct contact with customers before and after sales to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Providing price quotations
- Collaborating with sales and product marketing to ensure we’re offering latest product
- Maintaining current customer part number revision and cross reference
- Maintaining customer OTD (on time delivery) analysis
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to meet customer requirements
- Wide range of customer service functions included but not limited to:
- Order entry, returns, credits, delivery schedules, and MRP updates
- Maintaining weekly alignment with Customer portals and MKS ship schedule
Skills
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Oracle) is a plus
- Familiarity with Customer portals preferred
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
