Marketing Designer (Hybrid Position)
Burnett Dairy Cooperative is seeking a Marketing Designer to support brand and marketing efforts across various channels. This role involves hands-on design work and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to create effective visual solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design visual assets for print, digital, advertising, and promotional use
- Create ads, brochures, signage, presentations, and social media graphics
- Maintain brand standards and support marketing objectives
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Coordinate with advertising outlets, printers, and vendors
- Prepare and deliver creative assets per specifications and timelines
- Partner with internal teams to translate goals into effective visual solutions
- Provide design guidance, incorporate feedback, and maintain brand consistency
Skills
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Experience with both print and digital design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); experience with Lightroom, Firefly, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva is a plus
- Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Vendor or advertising partner experience preferred
