The Account Manager will be responsible for the financial management of high-profile clients in the entertainment industry, ensuring proper management of income, expenses, investments, and financial planning. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for all financial and business-related inquiries for assigned clients • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash flow management, and general ledger oversight • Review and approve financial documents, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented and compliant with industry standards and regulations • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate • Analyze clients’ financial positions, providing insights and recommendations for cost-saving measures, tax strategies, and long-term financial planning • Monitor budgets and financial forecasts to help clients maintain healthy cash flow and meet financial goals Skills • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field • 5+ years of experience in business management, accounting, or financial advisory, with a focus on entertainment clients preferred • Strong knowledge of the entertainment industry, including royalty structures, endorsement deals, and intellectual property rights • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with high-profile clients and their representatives • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential client information • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines Company Overview • At Navigate Search, we engage exclusively with premier businesses and the market’s most sought-after candidates.
