We’re looking for an exceptional Fashion Designer to lead the creation and launch of an in-house brand using THE/STUDIO’s manufacturing ecosystem. This role is part of a high-impact, experimental initiative designed to push our supply chain, production processes, and product experience forward. You’ll work hands-on with real factories, real products, and real constraints using THE/STUDIO’s global manufacturing network to design, develop, and produce collections from concept to launch. You’ll have full access to our factories, materials, and production partners, with samples and production costs fully covered by THE/STUDIO. While THE/STUDIO will own the brand, you will act as its Creative Director, with meaningful creative autonomy and influence over the brand’s vision, aesthetic, and execution. Beyond building the brand itself, this role plays a critical role in helping us: Test and improve our supply chain in real-world conditions Generate insights that inform and improve our software Advise THE/STUDIO and our customers on design and manufacturing best practices This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is deeply passionate about fashion and product creation, and who thrives at the intersection of creativity, manufacturing, and execution. Responsibilities • Design and develop collections from concept to production • Create production-ready designs across: • Apparel (required) • Accessories, jewelry, and home decor (strong plus) • Work directly with factories on materials, sampling, costing, and production • Own creative direction, aesthetics, and storytelling for the brand • Use THE/STUDIO’s factories to test, learn, and improve real production workflows • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities in our supply chain • Provide hands-on feedback to improve our internal tools and software • Advise THE/STUDIO internally on design, manufacturing, and brand development • Join customer calls and reviews when needed to provide expert guidance • Support customers behind the scenes with manufacturing and design insights Requirements • Proven experience launching a fashion brand or being deeply involved in bringing one to market, with a strong portfolio of production-ready work • Hands-on experience designing and developing apparel for manufacturing, with a solid understanding of the full product lifecycle from concept to production • Strong creative direction skills, with working knowledge of branding, graphic design, and fashion marketing • Experience working directly with factories and production partners, balancing creative vision with real-world constraints • Highly self-directed and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced startup environment • Strong sense of urgency, bias toward action, and ability to operate well with ambiguity • Clear communicator and collaborator who brings thoughtful insights to both internal teams and customers • Deep passion for fashion, materials, and craftsmanship, with curiosity about how things are made and improved Nice-to-haves • Exposure to accessories, jewelry, or home decor is a strong plus Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
