Social Media and Marketing Manager and influencer

Duties • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. • Manage daily social media management tasks using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, ensuring consistent posting schedules and engagement. • Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software. • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content visibility and web traffic through Google Analytics and web analytics tools. • Implement Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively. • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities. • Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and reviews to foster positive relationships and community growth. • Manage public relations initiatives by crafting press releases, managing brand reputation, and coordinating influencer collaborations. • Analyze campaign performance metrics regularly to refine strategies using Google Analytics and other analytics tools. • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to integrate social media efforts with sales initiatives. • Proofread all content for accuracy, branding consistency, and professionalism before publication. Qualifications • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools; graphic design skills are essential. • Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer. • Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns. • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and social listening techniques. • Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and relationship management. • Ability to create engaging content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple platforms. • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in messaging consistency. • Skills in photography and video editing are highly desirable for creating original visual content. • A proactive mindset with the ability to analyze data insights for continuous improvement in marketing efforts.
