Urgent: Commercial Contracts Lawyer for Brand/IP Advisory Agreement Redline
I am seeking an experienced commercial contracts lawyer to urgently review, redline and restructure a short Strategic Advisory & Brand Collaboration Agreement.
This is not a generic NDA or service agreement. It is a founder-critical brand IP, advisory and long-term partnership contract. I need a lawyer who understands:
- IP ownership and licensing
- Brand strategy / creative / advisory agreements
- Non-compete, non-reuse and derivative IP protection
- Termination, refundability, minimum commitment traps
- Founder-side protection in advisory and creative partnerships
- Qatar-governed contracts (or GCC-familiar lawyers strongly preferred)
Scope (24-hour turnaround required):
- Review full agreement
- Identify structural risk areas
- Rewrite / redline clauses to protect Client-side IP, reuse rights, exit rights and future scalability
- Provide clean, legally enforceable founder-safe version
This is urgent and time-sensitive.
You must have demonstrable experience with:
- Commercial advisory / consulting agreements
- IP ownership & licensing structures
- Creative, brand, design, or agency contracts
- Founder-side representation
- GCC or Qatar governing law (strong advantage)
