About the position Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. Job Title: Professional Services - GRC Security Consultant. Location: Ashburn, VA. Description: Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience related to GRC engagements. Multiple maintained industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, CGEIT, CCSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer. Relevant work experience related to Cyber Security assessment. Experience in supporting the development of Policies, processes and documentation in Green or Brown field sites. Demonstrated professional consulting (internal or external) experience with enterprise IT-security, information security, and Governance Risk Compliance services gained in a previous delivery capacity. Experience in delivering assignments using well-known security frameworks, standards, and methodologies such as PCI-DSS, ISO27001, NIST-CSF, CIS, and/or CoBIT. Demonstrated effectivemunication skills both written and verbal. Effective presentation skills. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Ability to work independently without any supervision or direction and lead senior and junior consultants. Fluency in English. Nice to have: Advanced degree in IT. Experience in more than two industry verticals and a network of contacts. Consulting experience with enterprise IT-security, information security, and Governance Risk Compliance services, gained in previous delivery capacity. Excellent report writing skills and ability to clearly articulate technical risk, coupled with acute attention to detail. Ability to work onplex projects/multiple projects at the same time and deliver security projects on time and within budget. Strong work ethic, articulate with goodmunication skills.
