Hacienda Ford- Remote Service Specialist

<p>Description</p><p>Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between customers and service technicians. This position is about providing our customers with a great service experience and understanding their needs. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Shuttle guests to and from the dealership within the appropriate and agreed-upon radius.</li><li>Prioritize guests at the dealership needing a shuttle over those who are waiting for vehicle Pickup and Delivery.</li><li>Monitor the condition of the Shuttle Vans and ensure that they are clean, fueled, and working properly at the end of every day. </li><li>Keep a current daily log of shuttle van usage for warranty claiming at the end of each month.</li><li>Assist Remote Experiences Coordinator and Advisors with Pick Up and Delivery when available while maintaining a courteous and friendly attitude with all guests.</li><li>Assist with moving guests' vehicles from the service drive to the vehicle waiting area before dispatch to ensure a clear path for arriving guests.</li><li>Assist with moving guests' vehicles to the service drive when the work is complete and helping to fuel the vehicles when needed.</li><li>Delivering parts, documents, or vehicles between us and other locations.</li><li>Scan documentation and repair orders into PBS when repairs are finalized.   </li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Professional appearance</li><li>Excellent communication capability</li><li>Ability to set and achieve targeted goals</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many priorities.</li></ul><p><strong>Hours:</strong></p><p>The Service Department is open during the following hours:</p><p>               Monday – Friday     7:00 AM – 6:00 PM</p><p>               Saturday       7:00 AM – 4:00 PM</p><p>  </p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ol><li> Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance: 100% employer-paid coverage with a variety of plan options to fit your needs, including medical plans featuring a $0 deductible and $0 copay upon completion of a baseline visit.</li><li>401(K) Plan: 401(k) plan with a company match of 50% up to 4% of your salary.</li><li>Life Insurance: 100% employer-paid life insurance policy of $50,000 with no medical exams required.</li><li>Paid Vacation: 1 week of paid vacation in the first year of service, with a rollover of 40 hours and a max cash out of 40 hours.</li><li>Sick leave 3 paid days per service year – 100% employer paid.</li><li>Paid Holidays: 6 paid holidays per year, including New Year's Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.</li><li>Other Perks: 5-day workweek for sales, parts, and administration positions, 90-day & annual 1-on-1 performance evaluations, and employee discounts on new vehicles, parts, and services.</li></ol><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>By submitting your application, you agree to the following:</strong></p><ul><li>You are at least 21 years old.</li><li>You have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.</li><li>You will pass a pre-employment drug screen.</li><li>You will undergo a background check.</li><li>If you do not meet all these requirements, your application will not be considered.</li></ul><p>Thank you for your interest in this position.</p>
