Our Fulfillment by arenaflex business is a key part of this strategy, leveraging our scale and supply chain to provide fast, reliable, and cost-effective fulfillment services to sellers and customers around the world. **Job Summary** We're seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Investigation Specialists to join our Fulfillment by arenaflex Support Operations team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As an Investigation Specialist, you'll be responsible for running investigations and manual research on reimbursement requests related to losses occurred during FBA processes, analyzing data, and applying critical thinking to make judgment. You'll also communicate effectively with sellers and internal teams, escalating issues when necessary and identifying process improvement opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** * Run investigations and manual research on reimbursement requests related to losses occurred during FBA processes, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to determine accurate seller-facing decisions. * Leverage operational tools to deep dive and demonstrate expertise in handling end-to-end processes and related tools. * Communicate effectively with sellers and internal teams, sharing outcomes of investigations via email or ticketing systems (no phone calls). * Analyze data and apply critical thinking to make judgments, using SQL queries as needed. * Escalate issues when actions deviate from defined SOPs. * Identify process improvement opportunities (enhancements and pain points) at process/function level. * Participate in testing new tools/processes and recommend improvements. **Success Metrics** Success as an Investigation Specialist is determined by achieving productivity, quality, accuracy, and utilization metrics.
