Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working approximately 20 hours per week, from 5pm-10pm CST, Thursday through Sunday. As a key member of our Hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, coordinating operational needs with our staff, and overseeing various tasks related to our properties. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to arenaflex guests, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct thorough guest screening to ensure safety and security, complying with arenaflex and property partner requirements
  • Manage all aspects of guest reservations, including booking suggestions, alterations, and cancellations
  • Utilize our digital communication systems to manage guest communications, including messages, emails, calls, and texts
  • Field guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot maintenance and technology issues, lockouts, and other guest-related problems
  • Coordinate operational needs with arenaflex staff, including scheduling repairs and maintenance, turnovers, and other tasks
  • Serve as a point of contact for property partner communications, managing listing marketing, and making revisions as needed
  • Analyze guest reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance our services
  • Manage social media and periodic public relations activities to promote our brand and properties

Essential Qualifications

  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as hospitality, customer service, or communications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, staff, and property partners
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications, web browsers, and apps
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, word documents, and similar operational software
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with a reliable smartphone, computer, and high-speed wifi connection at all times
  • Ability to respond to messages and resolve issues in a timely manner, with a maximum response time of 5 minutes
