About Us We are a fast-growing short-term rental company with 100+ Airbnb listings across Syracuse and Ithaca. Our properties range from apartments to unique furnished stays catering to short- and mid-term guests. We’re a small, hospitality-driven team looking for someone local, responsive, and operationally sharp. Job Summary We’re hiring a Property Manager with Airbnb or lodging experience to oversee day-to-day field operations, ensure 5-star guest stays, and coordinate cleanings, maintenance, and turnovers. You’ll work closely with our in-house and virtual teams to keep our listings guest-ready year-round. Key Responsibilities • Oversee listings (initially) within your assigned area • Manage turnover operations and coordinate cleaning crews • Conduct property inspections and inventory checks • Respond to escalated guest issues (remotely and in person) • Handle emergency maintenance situations and schedule repairs • Ensure properties meet hospitality and safety standards • Occasionally assist with staging, furniture delivery, or setup of new units Qualifications • 1+ year experience in Airbnb, vacation rental, hotel, or property management • Familiarity with tools like Guesty, Hospitable, Hostaway, or similar • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills • Local knowledge of Syracuse and/or Ithaca is a plus • Must have reliable transportation and smartphone • Weekend and evening availability preferred (rotating basis okay) Compensation • $20–$35/hour depending on experience and role • Monthly bonuses based on performance/portfolio • Flexible scheduling and potential for growth into regional manager • Performance bonus based on reviews and sales/Revenue (20/30% of regular compensation) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $53,587.00 - $56,278.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Are you available on Most Weekends? • Do you have reliable vehicle for all seasons • Are you available on most Weeknights (2 nights off during the weekday) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Syracuse, NY 13204 Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
