You will consult closely with other SEO team members, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and serve as a senior point of contact in client discussions. What You Will Need to Succeed • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, digital communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) • 4–6 years of experience in SEO, preferably with some exposure to client interface, reporting, and technical SEO • Working understanding of SEO fundamentals, including crawling, indexing, site structure, and page performance. • Experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms. • Basic familiarity with content management systems and how they affect SEO. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns or issues. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (JavaScript familiarity is a plus, not required). • Ability to manage tasks, balance competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. • A willingness to learn, take direction, and progressively expand technical SEO capabilities.
