HR Business Partner III – 75% Travel
Job Description:
• deliver HR programs and solutions in support of business goals
• collaborate with Ryder's internal customers, HR Communities of Excellence (COE), and others
• consult on HR processes, procedures, and initiatives
• provide coaching and guidance on performance
• assist with talent processes including performance calibrations and succession planning
• run reports and provide predictive analytics
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field or additional four (4) years of required experience
• Five (5) years or more experience and exposure to HR areas such as organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development and compensation required
• Workday experience beginner preferred
• Basic knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws beginner required
