HR Generalist (Part Time)

If you're a strategic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role and enjoys variety, flexibility, and impact, we want to hear from you! • About PageHRConsulting Group: https://pagehrconsulting.com/ WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Act as our client's HR Director, serving as a trusted advisor on to our clients for HR operations, compliance, and employee relations • Manage multiple HR project across various client environments • Develop and implement HR workflows, policies, and documentation • Support Payroll, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, and performance management • Navigate and ensure compliance across multiple U.S. states WHO YOU ARE: • 5-10 years of HR generalist experience • Prior experience in an HR consulting or multi-client environment • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and compliance • Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction • Skilled in coaching managers and handling performance management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities • Strategic thinker with sound judgment and a proactive, problem-solving mindset • M&A Integration experience • SHRM or PHR certification preferred ADDITIONAL DETAILS: • Massachusetts Candidate preferred • Starting rate: $45-60 Hourly • Flexible part-time hours, minimum 10 hours per week • Workload and client mix may grow over time Job Type: Part-time Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per year Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
