Motion Designer (Hybrid)
Key Qualifications
• Strong command of visual and communication design principles, complemented by a refined motion language and a deep understanding of motion storytelling.
• Passionate about animation, graphic design, and typography, with a keen eye for detail and visual rhythm.
• Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects for high-end animation and compositing.
• Highly skilled in Cinema 4D, with a strong eye for lighting, texturing, and rendering in Redshift.
• Strong camera, composition, and layout skills, with the ability to think spatially and design for immersive, dimensional experiences.
• A hands-on, solutions-oriented problem solver, adept at addressing technical and pipeline challenges to keep production running smoothly.
• Skilled at working independently, managing daily tasks, and presenting creative solutions to leads during reviews and dailies.
• A clear and concise communicator with excellent organizational skills, excelling in teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic, Information, Communication, Media design or equivalent professional experience demonstrating on-box skills and knowledge in these areas.
Additional Requirements
• Portfolio/reel demonstrating proficiency in delivering strong creative motion assets across display, programmatic, and social media.
• 10+ years relevant design and animation experience at one or more respected production studios.
• Clear understanding of industry-standard 2D and 3D workflows.
• Experience working within production pipelines and tools such as ShotGrid is a plus.
• Previous experience with emerging technologies, including immersive media, VR, games, or real-time environments, is a plus.
• Fluency in Apple products services (Apple Music, Podcasts, Books, News, etc).
