Contract Lawyer Needed for Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy (Travel App) - Contract to Hire
We are building a travel companion mobile application (iOS & Android) and are looking for an experienced contract lawyer to draft and review our legal documents. Scope of Work: Draft Terms & Conditions tailored to a mobile travel app Draft a Privacy Policy compliant with applicable laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) Ensure alignment with Apple App Store and Google Play legal requirements Review app features (user accounts, itineraries, location usage, third-party services) and reflect them accurately in the documents Provide legally sound, clear, and non-generic contracts Requirements: Qualified contract lawyer or legal professional Proven experience drafting legal agreements for mobile apps, SaaS, or digital products Strong knowledge of data privacy and consumer protection laws Experience with app store compliance is highly preferred
