[Remote] Associate Wealth Advisor – Inbound Client Acquisition

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Socha Capital is a rapidly growing RIA seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor focused on inbound client acquisition. In this high-impact role, the advisor will manage the consultative sales process for UHNW clients without ongoing service responsibilities, working directly with the CEO to maximize client engagement and deal execution. Responsibilities • Own the front end of our UHNW inbound pipeline • Manage the consultative sales process • Transition clients to our senior planning and service • Focus purely on closing without ongoing service responsibilities • Engage in consultative, tax-centric, UHNW conversations • Step into meetings with entrepreneurs, founders, and multi-entity business owners • Work directly with the CEO on every deal for real-time coaching, strategy, and deal execution Skills • Experience as a top producer at Merrill, UBS, Schwab, or a high-performing RIA • Ability to close leads and manage the consultative sales process • Experience working with UHNW clients • Strong focus on high-level advisory and client acquisition work • Ability to thrive in a high-impact role without ongoing service responsibilities • Strong preparation, precision, and execution skills • Desire for proximity to leadership and visibility into UHNW deal building • Ability to perform best with a supportive team behind them Company Overview • Secha Capital is a patient capital holding company that invests in African SMEs.
