About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a 100% remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers. You will be responsible for taking incoming contacts, solving users' demands, and maintaining service and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities

  • Taking incoming contacts (via telephone and email) and solving users' demands in a timely and professional manner
  • Logging call details onto call management systems and providing response and resolution within SLA
  • Maintaining service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual clients
  • Understanding the customer profile and maintaining appropriate communication in relation to it
  • Ensuring contractual SLA is maintained and exceeded
  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador for arenaflex and our clients' products, promoting their brands and values

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proficiency or bilingualism in French and Spanish, with advanced English skills
  • Good disposition to work in a customer service environment, with excellent teamwork skills
  • Customer care skills, with the ability to listen to and understand customers' needs
  • Ability to take ownership of calls and progress them to resolution or escalate to resolution
  • Initiative and availability to receive training and adapt to new situations
  • Proven expertise in client services, particularly in the fashion or boutique industry
  • Interest and passion for fashion, with knowledge of the latest fashion trends
  • Experience in E-commerce client service, particularly after-purchase support
  • Knowledge of emotional intelligence, with the ability to identify and solve customers' problems in an empathetic way
  • Proven expertise in Payment Method platforms and CRM software

Essential Qualifications

In addition to the above skills and qualifications, you should:

  • Be available to work from home, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Be able to work a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Be willing to participate in ongoing training and development programs

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of additional languages, particularly English, German, or Italian
  • Experience with CRM software and call management systems
