KDG Communications is hiring Remote Customer Service Agents to handle inbound customer support calls for client programs.
This is a long-term opportunity for reliable candidates who can complete paid training and remain active after certification.
What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound customer service calls
• Assist customers using provided systems
• Follow call guidelines and procedures
• Maintain professional attendance and performance

Requirements
• Must reside in Louisiana (New Orleans area preferred)

• Must complete paid training and remain active after certification
• Able to pass background screening
