Key Responsibilities Design and develop data models, dashboards, and tools to analyze and drive business decisions across the organization Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them Build and maintain complex data sets, reports, and visualizations to support business operations and strategy Develop and implement data quality control processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of data Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business decisions and operations Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and media Contribute to the development of business requirements and technical specifications for new products and features Participate in data governance and data management initiatives to ensure data security and compliance Essential Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, Programming, Hardware Engineering, or a related field Experience working with data and data control software such as R, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive business insights Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks Preferred Qualifications Experience in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry, specifically in product management or consulting Knowledge of online video ecosystems, advertising, or media technology landscapes Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and tools Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and data-driven decision-making Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Disney Entertainment and ESPN Innovation, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees. The actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic location, work-related experience, skills, and other factors.
