About the Role We're looking for a talented Email Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with agency experience and a strong portfolio in e-commerce email design. Youll collaborate closely with Account Managers, Copywriters, and Klaviyo Tech Specialists to craft visually compelling and conversion-focused email campaigns that align with brand identity and customer journeys. Main Objective Design beautiful, effective, and high-converting e-commerce emails that support strategic marketing goals. Key Responsibilities Email Design & Execution • Create engaging, brand-aligned email templates and assets for campaigns and automated flows • Design with a mobile-first mindset to ensure responsive, on-brand visuals • Apply best practices in email design, keeping up with trends in layout, accessibility, and performance Collaboration & Workflow • Partner with Account Managers, Copywriters, and Tech Specialists to execute creative briefs • Translate strategy into polished, visually cohesive email designs • Incorporate feedback promptly and deliver design revisions within 24 hours Quality Assurance & Optimization • Conduct QA for all email designs across devices and platforms • Refine designs based on campaign performance and user behavior • Maintain brand consistency and design quality across all client communications Required Skills & Experience • A portfolio showcasing e-commerce email design work • 2+ years of experience designing emails, preferably in an agency environment • Strong proficiency with Figma • Understanding of email marketing principles and visual storytelling • Experience working in cross-functional teams • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple design projects simultaneously • Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, ClickUp, Slack, and Figma Our Offer • Full-time, fully remote opportunity • Flexible working hours, with availability between 9 AM - 5 PM CST (Monday to Friday) • Compensation: $2000 -$2500 USD/month • Freelance contract (youre responsible for your own taxes) Recruitment Process • Initial interview with Zabota team • Interview with the client • test task • Final decision and official offer Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
