Team Support Administrator (Admin + Documentation + Social Media) | Flexible hours
Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Team Support Administrator to assist with administrative tasks, presentation updates, communication follow-ups, and light social media support. This is a long-term, part-time role (flexible hours) with flexible scheduling as long as deadlines are met.

u2728 Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Data Management
Consolidate multiple contact lists into one organized spreadsheet
Update and maintain mailing lists (add/remove contacts based on returned items)
Prepare, send, and track investor or stakeholder mailers (content provided)
Maintain accurate administrative records and digital file organization
Support general recurring administrative tasks as needed
2. Presentation & Document Support
Update weekly PowerPoint presentations
Modify or replace slides while maintaining exact formatting, layout, and branding
Ensure all files are fully compatible with Mac (Apple) systems
Work with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Prepare basic reports, summaries, or formatted documents
3. Communication & Follow-Up Support
Provide timely progress updates
Track responses from mailers or outreach lists
Follow up on pending items or data corrections
Ensure smooth coordination and meet project deadlines
4. Social Media Support
Post content once a week to three established platforms
Format content provided and create simple visuals when needed
Follow existing templates or brand guidelines for consistency

Must use an Apple/Mac computer
Understanding of the healthcare or medical device field
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with Google Drive / Dropbox for file management
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Friendly, professional, and empathetic communicator
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong multi-tasker
Self-starter: proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
Coachable and open to feedback
Quick learner with strong problem-solving ability
