Legal Compliance Strategy

Company Description This is an hybrid Non-Profit + undiluted SDVOSB (Legit) startup. Thats 5% procurment contract set-asides + eventual 501c3. Equity from Gov Contracting Arm to be dispersed among NP board. (Dynamic “musical” seats) The Equity never leaves the seats. Chairman is only required for intense projects. I need representaion amd shared vision. Role Description This is a remote role for a Legal Compliance Strategy position. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization's adherence to legal standards and in-house policies. Daily tasks will include monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing and implementing governance policies, providing guidance on legal matters, and handling risk management activities. Collaboration with internal departments and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of evolving laws and regulations will also be key aspects of this role. Qualifications • Strong understanding of Law and Legal Compliance principles • Experience in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance • Demonstrated proficiency in Analytical Skills for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, remote work environment • Relevant certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) are a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
